This website is the personal illustration portfolio of Maria Teresa V.L. ("Alma Ilustrada Studio"), based in Seville, Spain. Contact: contact@almailustradastudio.com.
When you get in touch or commission an illustration, I may receive your name, your email address, and photo references — either as an Instagram account link or as photo files you share with me.
Your name and email are used exclusively for communication during your specific project. They are never used for marketing, never added to any mailing list, and never shared with third parties.
Photos serve only as reference for creating your commissioned illustration. I delete all photo references once the project ends. If you share photos of other people (for example, your guests), please make sure you have their consent to do so.
This website uses no analytics, no tracking and no marketing cookies. The only thing stored is your language preference, saved locally in your own browser.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the email address above. If you contact me via WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies also apply.
Commissions are confirmed with a 50% deposit; the remaining 50% is due before delivery of the final files. Two revision rounds are included — further revisions are quoted separately. Delivery is digital (high-resolution, print-ready files); no print service is included. Illustrations remain the intellectual property of the studio; clients receive an unlimited personal-use license and may exclude specific elements from the studio's portfolio before the project begins. Each commission is confirmed with a short written agreement covering these terms.

Wenn du mich kontaktierst oder eine Illustration beauftragst, erhalte ich ggf. deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse und Fotovorlagen — entweder als Link zu einem Instagram-Konto oder als Fotodateien, die du mit mir teilst.
Name und E-Mail werden ausschließlich für die Kommunikation während deines konkreten Projekts verwendet. Sie werden niemals für Marketing genutzt, in keinen Verteiler aufgenommen und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.
Fotos dienen ausschließlich als Vorlage für die beauftragte Illustration. Alle Fotovorlagen lösche ich nach Projektende. Wenn du Fotos anderer Personen teilst (zum Beispiel deiner Gäste), stelle bitte sicher, dass deren Einverständnis vorliegt.

Aufträge werden mit 50% Anzahlung bestätigt; die restlichen 50% sind vor Lieferung der finalen Dateien fällig. Zwei Korrekturrunden sind enthalten — weitere werden separat angeboten. Die Lieferung erfolgt digital (hochauflösende, druckfertige Dateien); ein Druckservice ist nicht enthalten. Illustrationen bleiben geistiges Eigentum des Studios; Auftraggeber:innen erhalten eine unbeschränkte private Nutzungslizenz und können vor Projektbeginn einzelne Elemente von der Portfolio-Nutzung ausschließen. Jeder Auftrag wird mit einer kurzen schriftlichen Vereinbarung zu diesen Bedingungen bestätigt.

Cuando me contactas o encargas una ilustración, puedo recibir tu nombre, tu correo electrónico y fotos de referencia — ya sea como enlace a una cuenta de Instagram o como archivos de foto que compartas conmigo.
Tu nombre y correo se utilizan exclusivamente para la comunicación durante tu proyecto concreto. Nunca se usan para marketing, nunca se añaden a listas de correo y nunca se comparten con terceros.
Las fotos sirven únicamente como referencia para crear la ilustración encargada. Elimino todas las fotos de referencia una vez finalizado el proyecto. Si compartes fotos de otras personas (por ejemplo, tus invitados), asegúrate de contar con su consentimiento.
Este sitio no utiliza cookies de análisis, rastreo ni marketing. Lo único que se guarda es tu preferencia de idioma, almacenada localmente en tu propio navegador.
Puedes solicitar acceso a tus datos o su eliminación en cualquier momento escribiendo al correo indicado arriba. Si me contactas por WhatsApp o Instagram, se aplican además las políticas de privacidad de esas plataformas.
Los encargos se confirman con un depósito del 50%; el 50% restante se abona antes de la entrega de los archivos finales. Se incluyen dos rondas de revisión — las adicionales se presupuestan aparte. La entrega es digital (archivos en alta resolución, listos para imprenta); no se incluye servicio de impresión. Las ilustraciones siguen siendo propiedad intelectual del estudio; el cliente recibe una licencia ilimitada de uso personal y puede excluir elementos concretos del portfolio del estudio antes del inicio del proyecto. Cada encargo se confirma con un breve acuerdo escrito que recoge estas condiciones.
