I'm Mariate, the artist behind Alma Ilustrada Studio. Born in Frankfurt, shaped by seven years in Mexico City — a city that celebrates life at full volume, where no gathering is too small to make extraordinary.
I’ve been creating personalised illustrations for the people around me for as long as I can remember — informally, for every occasion worth celebrating. Now back in Europe and settled in Seville, I delivered my first commissioned piece. That was the moment Alma Ilustrada — Illustrated Soul — was born.
What I bring to every project is the ability to truly listen, ask the right questions, and translate who someone is into something visual that surprises even them. Your guests won't just receive an invitation. They'll receive a piece of art that already feels like it knows them.

Every illustration is 100% hand-painted — digitally or on paper, as you prefer. Simple single-sided illustrated cards start at €150.
